The crows made their attack on a kith and kin of rabbits near the RSPB essentiality reserve in Tollesbury, Essex, on the weekend.
The helpless rabbits proved in vain to fend the birds off, but it was all too even for one, according to Jacqueline Suttling, 55, who captured the stage events on camera.

She said: “I grabbed my camera and ran out to see this full thing unfolding.
“The crows were swooping behind and attacking the rabbits and the rabbits were irksome to scare them off but then one of the crows got a rabbit – I could hear it screaky.
“The crow was plucking at it and pulling out all its auberge. It was so gruesome my sister-in-law couldn’t picket and had to go inside.”
