THE tiny Caribbean island of Barbuda is to be battered by a SECOND major hurricane just four days after Florida-bound Irma laid waste to its landscape.

Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center say Hurricane Jose will slam into the tiny island sometime later today as a Category 4 storm with winds topping 155 mph.
