Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife Tish have had their divorce case dismissed.
The 56-year-old musician and his wife are seemingly going strong despite having filed for divorce numerous times.
E! reported Monday that their case was thrown out after the two failed to show up to a schedule hearing to move forward with their petition.
