Boy, 17, injures several people with an axe in Swiss village of Flums before he is shot by cops and arrested

A TEEN axe attacker injured several people before being shot by police and arrested tonight, authorities have said.

A 17-year-old Latvian national swung out at passersby in the Swiss village of Flums before fleeing in a stolen car.
