THE BREXIT trade talks can only start if Britain turns last week’s deal into a treaty say the EU, as David Davis’ comments it was “not legally binding” were slammed for “undermining trust”.

Guy Verhofstadt wants a legally binding treaty to be put in force at this week’s summit after confusion about the status of the withdrawal agreement.
