Britain ‘is falling behind other EU countries’ in teaching adults new skills in time for Brexit

BRITAIN is failing to re-skill workers for Brexit with the country plunging down a European learning league table, a damning report finds today.

The UK is now in 9th place – five places lower than in 2010 – and lagging behind France, Holland, Sweden, Estonia and Austria.
