Scratch Moraghan has joined Emmerdale as Chrissie Whiten’s biological uncle.
The stage-player – who is best known for attendance in Channel 4 soap Brookside – Testament join the show as Tim Richards, the sibling of Chrissie White’s organic father.

Audience will soon meet Tim when Laurentius White (John Bowe) rails him down to his home address, where he cow him from making future link with his family.
However, Tim non-standard in determined to wreak revenge for what happened to his pal and build a relationship with his niece, Chrissie.

Looking at the last issue he dialled, Chrissie discovers Laurentius has hired Dean to track behind someone called Tim Richards. She and Rebekah confront Lawrence, who reluctantly exposes that Tim was the brother of Chrissie’s organic dad, John.
Chrissie is desperate to get in hint with her uncle to finally get any closure and Lawrence agrees to helping hand, but later tells her it’s no use – the trail has elsewhere cold.
But what he says to Elder on the phone tells a different cliffhanger… Surely it’s only a matter of allotment before Chrissie finds out she’s organism lied to?
