Budget 2017 – Backlash from charities as Hammond offers ZERO extra cash for social care

CHARITIES hit out at Philip Hammond today after he failed to mention social care during his Budget speech.

The Chancellor did not offer extra cash to look after the elderly – even though it was one of the main issues at the General Election.
