They put their envy-inducing Malibu abode on the market in November 2016 for a cool $60million.

And now Cindy Crawford, 51, and Rande Gerber, 55, have swapped their seaside home for a jaw-dropping pad in Beverly Hills, purchasing the one-storey contemporary home for under $12million.

According to TMZ, the couple have bagged the new property in the idyllic 90210 neighbourhood of Trousdale Estates which was originally listed for an eye-water $12.75million.
