Writer and director Pamela Adlon said that she is ‘devastated and in shock’ after longtime friend Louis C.K. admitted to sexual misconduct in a statement to the New York Times on Friday.
The 51-year-old Better Things actress who created the series with C.K. wrote that she feels ‘deep sorrow’ for the five women who have come forward with allegations against the comedian.
‘Hi. I’m here. I have to say something. It’s so important,’ Adlon said in a statement, according to People. ‘My family and I are devastated and in shock after the admission of abhorrent behavior by my friend and partner, Louis C.K.
