Kelly and Jack Osbourne seem to be as close as ever as the siblings spent Halloween together.

The Dancing With The Stars vet dressed up as a hot dog with a strip of mustard down the front and her brother was Pickle Rick as the two were spotted in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Also with the former reality TV prince and princess was his wife Lisa Stelly, who is pregnant with their third child.
