Dad’s got this! Matthew McConaughey has his hands full as he carries present during outing with wife Camila Alves and children

He celebrated his 48th birthday last week. 

And just one week later, Matthew McConaughey was on his way to another party in Miami Beach. 

For the event, the 48-year-old was joined by wife Camila Alves, son Levi, nine, and daughter Vida, seven.
