David Davis admits his own department’s Brexit reports ‘weren’t that good’ and says there is no way to forecast effect of leaving the EU on the economy

DAVID DAVIS today admitted that some of the reports produced by his department “weren’t that good” and insisted it was impossible to predict the impact of Brexit.

The Brexit Secretary told MPs that no formal assessments on the impact of Britain’s departure from the EU exist.
