FORMER Tory leader Michael Howard has revealed he was "intensely disappointed" with David Cameron for failing to get EU reform – which meant we HAD to leave the bloc.

The ex-Conservative boss said he wanted to remain in a reformed EU, but that after the failed renegotiation it was "best for our country to leave".
