The foul new Suzuki Ignis has launched in Continent priced from $16,900 driveaway for the GL handbook.
Billed as a ‘light SUV’, the retro-divine Ignis is available in GL and GLX variants, and mark both Apple CarPlay and Automaton Auto on its 7-inch colour handle screen to attract the younger organization. It also comes with dependency navigation, a reversing camera and sail control as standard. The entry-flush model GL comes equipped with 15-in steel wheel, while the GLX mark 16-inch alloy disc.
The more GLX also brings reflex LED headlights with LED daytime management lights, auto wipers and set in motion-button start.
According to Suzuki, the higher drawcard of the Ignis is its ability to temper to its owner. The interior provides option of colour themes for the gear comfort, trims and door handles with the outside providing even more connection to customise with an eye-catching reach of door mirror covers and shove decals along with a semblance-accented front grille, facing grille centre bar, and fog light bezels to stamp the deal.
Under the bonnet is a 1.2-liter Dualjet multipoint injected foursome-cylinder, naturally aspirated motor delivering 66kW and 120Nm of torque. It is compatible with either a 5-speed handbook or CVT transmission. Fuel consumption is rated at 4.7L/100km for the handbook and 4.9L/100km for the CVT.
Weighing in at a trimness 820kg, the Ignis has a better competency to weight ratio than both the Mazda 2 and Suzuki Fast.
