THE Government’s infrastructure tsar Lord Andrew Adonis yesterday demanded a 25 per cent tax on private school fees to pay for a generation of troubled children expelled from school.

The Labour peer – a former education minister – urged Theresa May to tackle “s*** life syndrome” affecting towns and cities like Blackpool, Grimsby, Dover and Folkstone.
