Heather Locklear was arrested for felony domestic violence at her Southern California mansion in February.
But on Friday a source told TMZ Heather’s sister Colleen Locklear is insisting that the fight was not the Melrose Place actress’ fault.
It was added that even though the beauty, 56, was taken in by police for hitting her beau as well as police officers, she was the actual victim as her boyfriend Chris Heisser tried to ‘choke and kill her.’
