And Gemma Atkinson, 32, is so focused on winning the dancing competition that she has enlisted a full-time personal trainer and completely cut alcohol from her diet.

The former Emmerdale actress told the Daily Star she’s ‘trying to adopt a healthier life’ in the run up to the show.
