The director of Taylor Swift’s record-breaking music video for Look What You Made Me Do has vented his frustration with gender double standards in the music industry.
Joseph Khan, 44, took to his Twitter page on Wednesday to claim he, as a man, would have been hailed a ‘genius’ if he had come up with the concept for the video.
Instead, the director maintained the pop princess, 27, has been labeled ‘manipulative’ in the wake of the unveiling of the video at Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards.
