Yet, despite her healthy appetite, Nigella Lawson has managed to maintain a svelte figure – now down to a size 12 from a size 16 – which she has now revealed is down to stretching and yoga.
‘I do yoga three times a week,’ she has revealed to the November 2017 issue of Good Housekeeping. ‘I have to do something I enjoy, otherwise I wouldn’t do it.’
