Horrified Selma Blair was forced to backtrack on Monday, after telling the world her friend Cameron Diaz had retired from acting.
Having said in an interview that the Something About Mary star was ‘done’ with acting, she is now insisting her comments were a joke taken out of context.
‘Guys please, I was making a joke in an interview,’ said Selma. ‘CAMERON DIAZ is NOT retiring from ANYTHING. And for more breaking news: I am NOW retiring from being Cameron Diaz’s spokesperson.’
