(EurActiv) — Nippon has overtaken Russia as the fourth well-nigh important export destination of EU agri-drink products after the United Circumstances, China, and Switzerland, a new European Comission report has found (23 Dec).

According to the Monitoring EU Agri-Content Trade report, from Nov 2015 to October 2016, EU agri-bite exports reached a value of €129.9 million, a 1.9% increase in value name compared to the same period finish year.

Exports to Russia further polish

Russia now is the fifth about popular destination for the EU agri-nutrient exports behind the US, China, Suisse, and Japan.

Japan and the trade agreement

Japan has become the fourth nearly important export market for EU agri-bread worldwide. The net surplus in agri-eatable trade with Tokyo has been estimated at €5 jillion annually for the last few years.
