Jennifer Hudson has alleged her former fiance David Otunga physically abused her in front of their young son.
The singer also claims the professional wrestler left out guns to intimidate her – after her mother, brother and seven-year-old nephew were murdered by her sister’s estranged husband in 2008.
In court papers obtained by DailyMail.com, Hudson, 36, made the claims in her petition for order of protection against Otunga, who she was engaged to for nearly ten years.
Hudson has also been granted full temporary custody of their son after filing for an emergency protection order against Otunga.
