Kim Kardashian says pregnant Khloe is too ‘freaked out’ to hear about ‘nipples, breastfeeding’

Kim Kardashian has been very close to sister Khloe as the 33-year-old star is heavily pregnant with her first child.

And on Sunday Mrs Kanye West explained to Entertainment Tonight that she has been careful what to tell and what not to tell the Revenge Body star.

‘I don’t want to freak her out,’ the mother-of-three relayed while at her makeup launch inside the Waldorf-Astoria in Beverly Hills.
