‘Both Stephanie and Dan’s families love Star Wars,’ an insider told the publication of the reason behind the choice in tune at the nuptials, which came just more than two years after March’s divorce from celebrity chef Bobby Flay was finalized following 10 years of marriage.
The intimate ceremony Friday occurred about five weeks after the pair got engaged on a Greek getaway July 24.
March’s friend Rebecca Perkins described Friday’s festivities as ‘an absolutely picture-perfect ceremony.
‘I’ve never seen Stephanie as happy or as beautiful as she was today,’ Perkins told the magazine of the affair. ‘She and Dan were surrounded by a close knit group of people who love, support and adore them.’
