Madonna is fighting against the taping of a deposition she’s slated to participate in.
The 59-year-old pop icon has already been granted the ability to choose the time and place of the deposition, but the Material Girl is insisting the proceedings aren’t filmed TMZ reported on Friday.
The publication cited attorneys from the singer’s former art dealer Darlene Lutz and New York auction house Gotta Have Rock and Roll.
Lutz and Gotta Have Rock and Roll have argued that courts usually shoot down such attempts to nix the tapings, even for celebs, according to the outlet.
