But it has been reported that Mel B will not be prosecuted for texts sent to rapper Siya Sherman because the messages sent were ‘too vague’ to be classed as threats, reports TMZ.
According to the website, the Los Angeles County District Attorney will also not move forward with the case because the messages don’t show the former Spice Girl, 42, was aware Siya was going to testify against her.
