Ministers set for crunch late-night vote on EU Withdrawal Bill – with Labour ready to oppose it because of Henry VIII ‘power grab’

MPS are gearing up for a late-night crunch vote on the EU Withdrawal Bill tonight as Labour is set to try and vote it down.

The Government is expected to win the vote – but many MPs are angry at their attempts to give themselves extra powers to put EU laws into Britain after we leave.
