SWNS:South West News Service Student Alex Green was found unconscious at a bus stop on Westmoreland Road in Bath
The tragic economics student had been on a night out with friends at the Second Bridge nightclub in the city's Walcot Street.
But he later became split up from his pals and walked home alone.
He was found at a bus stop close to the Green Park Tavern – just 1.6 miles away from the Second Bridge nightclub – at around 3.45am.
He was rushed to the city's Royal United Hospital, before being transferred to Southmead Hospital in Bristol. Tragically, Alex died three days later from internal head injuries.
