THE WORLD is at its most dangerous point in a generation, the head of NATO has warned.

Crackpot Kim Jong Un’s nuclear threat in North Korea and 100,000 Russian troops mobilising on the EU’s eastern borders are driving the crisis, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said.
