PARLIAMENT is set to build an £85million replacement House of Commons chamber in case it is gutted by fire or blown up in a terror attack.

A committee has reportedly signed off “in principle” on the scheme for a “contingency” debating hall after a major security review was held in the wake of the Westminster attack.
