Remembrance Sunday security alert as ‘suspicious package’ found near Cenotaph in Omagh

A SUSPICIOUS package was found at a Cenotaph in Northern Ireland just before a Remembrance parade was due to start.

Cops were scrambled to the area in Omagh earlier this morning suspending the parade, as police condemned the "sickening attempt by cowards to create fear".
