A SECRET memo has revealed an apparent plot by Boris Johnson and Michael Gove to hijack control of Brexit and hold Theresa May as their "Downing Street hostage".
The Cabinet ministers, who spearheaded the Leave campaign before falling out in a leadership challenge debacle, wrote to the Prime Minister calling for transition arrangements for Britain's exit to end by June 30, 2021.
