• 2 whole wheat flatbread breads
• 1 can tuna
• 1/3 cup diced Nan Smith apple
• 1/3 cup diced herb
• 1/8 cup diced cornichon or herb pickle
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
• Flavour and pepper to taste
• 1 cup grated cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400 rank.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the tunny, apple celery, pickle and mayonnaise until it is well combined. Temper with salt and pepper.

3. Broadcast mixture across pitas. Sufferance a small border around line the way you do with pizza — it makes it easier to selection up and eat.
