BRITAIN and the EU are reportedly “90 per cent” there on a deal to finally break the Brexit deadlock, according to a senior official in Brussels.
The news comes as the Prime Minister heads to the Belgian capital for a crunch lunch with Jean-Claude Juncker as she tries to get an agreement to move onto the second phase of negotiations.
