Theresa May ‘is lining up Vote Leave campaign chief as party vice-chairman to keep blood-thirsty Brexiteers happy’

THERESA May is recruiting of the architects of Vote Leave in a bid to overhaul the stuttering Tory machine and reassure Brexiteers, according to a new report.

Matthew Elliott, the former chief executive of Vote Leave, is in “advanced negotiations” over a senior role at Conservative Headquarters, says The Times.
