‘They’re in fear of getting their next job’: Kristen Stewart says she has saved ‘countless’ female crew members from sexual harassment

Kristen Stewart has ‘saved’ countless makeup artists and camera assistants from being sexually harassed.

The 27-year-old actress claims she has stepped in on ‘many’ occasions to stop directors of photography from taking advantage of crew members, but admits such actions ‘keep going every single day’.

Speaking at the ELLE Women in Hollywood event in Beverly Hills on Monday, she said: ‘I can’t tell you how many times I’ve saved makeup artists—because it trickles down to makeup artists, camera assistants—from DPs who are like, “Hey babe,” you know like, it happens on lesser scales, too.
