BRITAIN should ditch strict EU regulations so we can cut a better trade deal with the US, one of Donald Trump's closest allies said today.
Wilbur Ross, the US Commerce Secretary, said "it shouldn't take terribly long" to strike a free-trade agreement between the UK and America.
