1 enduring green chili, sliced

2 cups coco milk

1/2 cup tamarind paste, besotted then strained

4 fresh pandan gos away

1 cup coconut cream

2 tablespoons quicklime juice, plus more as requisite

Curry Powder

6 cardamom pods

1 bark stick

2 teaspoons coriander pit

1 tablespoon cumin seed

1 containerful fennel seed

6 whole cloves

1 teaspoonful fenugreek seed

1 teaspoon Amerind chili powder

6 dried groom leaves

To prepare the curry pulverization, heat a small skillet upon medium heat. Chef’s Note: If you favor, you can substitute 8 ounces of lump shellfish for the whole crabs. In that contingency, skip the marinating step and add the groom powder, turmeric, chili dust, and salt with the green chilli and lump crabmeat in Step 3, so continue as written.
