A UNI student found with a 111-page bomb-making terror manual told a cop it "should have been burned" but he was "absolutely plastered".
Joshua Walker claimed he printed off The Anarchist Cookbook for a role-playing game and intended to destroy it, but "smoked a lot of cannabis" and forgot.
