Taraji P. Henson’s White Hot Holiday special aired Thursday night and featured a formidable roster of top talent.
Among the musical acts were Fergie and Jussie Smollett serenading each other to Frank Loesser’s Baby, It’s Cold Outside, as well as funk legend Chaka Khan getting into the Yuletide spirit with Bob Wells and Mel Torme’s The Christmas Song.
DJ Khaled and Taye Diggs each got to put in an appearance as Santa Claus – the latter during a Hamilton spoof starring that musical’s actual star Leslie Odom Jr.
