The Big Short actress, according to the outlet, is not just cooling things off with the pop star but in her professional life as well, as her plate has been full with professional obligations amid family issues she’s hoping to tend to.
‘She is taking time to herself,’ the source told ET. ‘This is not the first time she has done this.’
Gomez’s most recent run in ‘the spotlight has been tough — especially with the interest in her personal life with Justin and her mother,’ Mandy Teefey, who has been standoffish regarding her daughter’s reunion with the music superstar, the source said.
