Toto musician Jeff Porcaro’s widow Susan Porcaro-Goings claims that two of his bandmates colluded to lowball his estate on royalties the band, most famed for its 1983 song Toto, have earned.
Porcaro-Goings has filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Steven Lukather and David Paich, claiming they engaged in fraud and unjust enrichment in their business dealings with her, according to NBCLA.
Porcaro-Goings is asking the court to force Lukather and Paich to show the band’s financial numbers, and issue an injunction against them to cease ‘future acts of unfair competition,’ according to the outlet.
